About Natalie
Natalie P. Mendez is the founder of NPM Solutions, LLC, bringing nearly 20 years of federal government experience in business operations, project management, event planning, and relationship-focused work.
In 2025, Natalie reached an unexpected fork in the road when her federal government career came to an end. What could have felt like a setback became a reset — and an opportunity to step into work that felt more aligned with her strengths, her love for hospitality, and her ability to connect the dots.  That experience helped shape the foundation of NPM Solutions: a belief that things happen for a reason, and that the right connection, conversation, or opportunity can open the right door.
